Administrative, contractual and general

The duties of the legal department include the following main areas:

  • Consultation services for all organisational units within in the VKTA pertaining to all legal matters from A-Z, including labour law and foreclosures;
  • Administering contract negotiations, as well as the preparation of contracts ready to sign;
  • Creating and updating business regulations with respect to legal matters;
  • Processing national and international calls for proposals as per Regulations on
    Contract Awards for Public Works (VOL) and Public Supplies and Services (VOB);

Additionally, the legal and administrative department is home to a variety of general services as well, such as the assignment of company cars, insurance coverage for employee business trips, as well as managing the company’s holdings to Periodika and VKTA’s health insurance fund.
